Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS)
(I-360, I-485)
Powell Law aids unmarried youth under the age of 21 who are under the jurisdiction of a state juvenile court in applying for SIJS. If the SIJS applicant has been abused, abandoned, or neglected by one or both parents, they can obtain a Green Card and eventually, U.S. citizenship.
